Tap or click Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended) under each network type that you want to stop trying to protect, and then tap or click OK.
Windows 10 & 8 :
1. Press the Windows logo key + X to see a list of commands and options.
2. Click Programs and Features.
3. Click the Office program you want to Remove.
4. Do one of the following:
> In Office 2019 & 2016 click Remove > Continue.
> In Office 2013 & 2010 click Uninstall.
If the issue persists uninstall the program and try to re-install
Windows 8 :
- Press the Windows logo key + X to see a list of commands and options.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Click the Office program you want to Remove.
- Do one of the following:
- In Office 2019 & 2016 click Remove > Continue.
- In Office 2013 & 2010 click Uninstall.
