Windows 10 & 8 :
1. Press the Windows logo key + X to see a list of commands and options.
2. Click Programs and Features.
3. Click the Office program you want to Remove.
4. Do one of the following:
> In Office 2019, 2016 click Remove > Continue.
> In Office 2013, 2010 click Uninstall.
Windows 7 :
1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
2. Click the Office program you want to Uninstall
3. Do one of the following :
> In Office 2016, click remove > continue
> In Office 2013, click uninstall

Please note the following things before you start the fresh installation of office program :
- Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall.
- Try updating your router firmware.

Run Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 set up (.EXE ) file and enter the product key if you have one.

Step 4 :
